Prior to his current role as Chief HR Officer, Villa was appointed as HR Director for Cambodia Beverage Company Co. Ltd., a bottler of The Coca-Cola Company, for 3 years, Director of HR & Corporate Affairs for 7 years in Telecom Industry, 9 years HR as HR Managers Manufacturing industry, and 3 years as Assistant to Country Director and Administrator for an NGO.
Villa is one of the founders and Board Directors of CBCA (Cambodia Business Coalition on AIDS), working with business sectors promoting HIV/AIDS and health & safety education and Board Director for HRAC (Human Resource Association of Cambodia).
During this period, Rane has been involved with key HR activities such as Training and Development, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits management, Talent Management and Employee Relations. Moreover, Rane has been assigned to lead coach and consult to transform and restructure in the purpose of work effectiveness improvement.
Over the periods he appointed in several position such as Assistant IT Manager, IT Specialist, Platform Administration Executive, IT Planning and Consultancy, Network Manager, Service Excellent Senior Manager, IT Planning and Project Manager, IN and Billing Senior Manager, Head of Billing and VAS, Head of Project Management, Co-Founder of Private Water Supply, Head of Analytics and Director of IT.
She has been currently employed as the Group Procurement Manager for Daun Penh Cambodia Group, a parent company with more than 10 subsidiaries, managing, supplying and servicing in various industries in Cambodia, including Construction, Insurance, Real Estate Development, Food and Beverage, education, import & Export, Pharmaceutical, Consulting; etc.

Prior to this, Peggy worked as a Managing Consultant with Hay Group Malaysia, a leading US global Human Resources Consulting firm.
She was with Watson Wyatt as well as Accenture for a couple of years, helping clients implementing reward strategies and performance management systems.
Peggy has provided HR consultancy services for a wide range of companies across various industries and sectors (e.g. IBM, Caterpillar, Philip Morris, Effem Food China, Carlsberg, Petronas, Maybank, PNB, Astro, Digi, Axiata, Celcom and Telekom). She has successfully managed multi-million dollars projects and led teams of more than 10 people to provide HR solutions to clients.
She also runs in-house training and public workshops on job analysis, job evaluation, behavioural competency, reward management, organisational design, performance management and leadership effectiveness for clients locally and internationally (Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and China).
He was then tapped by a Munich-based telecoms software specialist company to start their Asia Pacific operations based in Kuala Lumpur as the founding Director. Moi then ventured into his own startup software company which was awarded the Malaysian Multimedia Super Corridor status. Moi spent a total of 20 years in the IT industry.
Undertaking a career change but still leveraging on his industry experience, Moi then provided knowledge management consulting and facilitation. He was retained by one of the largest Asian telecoms group as the internal consultant for leadership development and talent management for over 5 years. Today, Moi is a consultant and facilitator in unique workshops such as Business Model Innovation, Digital Customer Journey and Culture Value Change Management across South-East Asia and Indian Ocean nations.
Prior to moving into leadership development and coaching field 13 years ago, Julia had over 10 years of professional experience and held roles such as Chief Representative, General Manager and Program Director. She worked in a range of industries and companies such as Hyundai, Grey China, Air International, Siemens, Aramco and Rutgers Business School. Julia is currently based in the Philippines and originally from Shanghai, China. She speaks fluent English and has worked with many cross-cultural teams from Asia, Europe, USA and the Middle East.
